To book the bus please call 01463-234138.

We understand that cost of hire vehicles can be prohibitive and would like to support other organisations by offering our bus at a competitive rate.

Costs

  • £100/day.
  • Hirer pays for fuel used and returns the bus with a full tank.
  • Insurance included in cost.

Legal requirements for hire of minibus

  • All drivers will require category D1 to drive this bus.
  • Your organisation should have a Section 19 Permit - see below.

Section 19 Permit

"Section 19 permits are either ‘standard permits’ for vehicles which are adapted to carry no more than 16 passengers (excluding the driver) or ‘large bus permits’ for vehicles which are adapted to carry 17 or more passengers. These permits may be granted to organisations that operate vehicles without a view to profit to transport their members, or people whom the organisation exists to help. Section 19 permit vehicles can’t be used to carry members of the general public." (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency)
